The Business Events extends the platforms to individuals and organizations from various fields, professions, and industries to lead together in unison. The Business Events focuses predominantly on the annual Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards and annual Philippine Innovation Man of the Year. The awarding ceremony of both awards coincides with the annual Philippine Innovation Convention, PHINCON. 

 The Philippine Innovation Convention, also labelled as PHINCON is an annual event initiated by the Philippine Innovation Entrepreneurship Mission, Inc. [PIEMI] among innovators in today’s contemporary society. The PHINCON coincides the awarding ceremony of the Philippine Innovation Man of the Year [PHINMAN] , and the Pinoy Leadershi  Innovation Awards [PLIA]. 

 The Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards recognizes individuals and organizations who have exemplified Pinoy Values and demonstrated social impact to the society through their outstanding innovative leadership in their respective organizations. The awardees are determined by the Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards Search Committee (PLIA SC) based on the following criteria. 

The Philippine Innovation Entrepreneurship Mission, Inc. recognizes individuals who have exemplified extraordinary contribution in the Philippine society, specifically, in the field of social entrepreneurship and innovation in their respective organizations, in the larger community, towards Philippine development.
