The Philippine Innovation Entrepreneurship Mission, Inc. recognizes individuals who have exemplified extraordinary contribution in the Philippine society, specifically, in the field of social entrepreneurship and innovation in their respective organizations, in the larger community, towards Philippine development.
PINOY LEADERSHIP INNOVATION AWARDS
The Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards recognizes individuals and organizations who have exemplified Pinoy Values and demonstrated social impact to the society through their outstanding innovative leadership in their respective organizations. The awardees are determined by the Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards Search Committee (PLIA SC) based on certain criteria.
PHILIPPINE INNOVATION CONVENTION
The Philippine Innovation Convention, also labelled as PHINCON is an annual event initiated by the Philippine Innovation Entrepreneurship Mission, Inc. [PIEMI] among innovators in today’s contemporary society. The PHINCON coincides the awarding ceremony of the Philippine Innovation Man of the Year [PHINMAN] , and the Pinoy Leadershi Innovation Awards [PLIA].

Who Can Join
The Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards is open to all individuals and organizations from all fields, industries, and backgrounds. They can select more than one category and showcase their competence in their profile why they deserve the category or categories they applied. Individual award means certificate is accorded to the name of the person/ entrepreneur or social innovator. Organization award on the other hand, certificate is accorded to the business name of the organization.
